Ok, so I'm really starting to pull my figurative hair out with this one. Here is a video of my DreamPi booting, my IP is 192.168.0.102 so my Dreamcast IP should be 192.168.0.98 right?

Someone suggested I boot up Quake 3 to view my IP, but I couldn't see it.

Yes the dreamcast ip is correct
But dont forget to add this
Here is world rankings
"sudo iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -p tcp -d 63.251.242.131 -j DNAT --to-destination 146.185.135.179"
Note that this will be erased when you power off or restart the Pi so you'll have to enter it again.

As long as your network configuration has not changed since that Quake 3 video, it looks like your Dreamcast IP would likely be 192.168.0.98; the assigned IP is determined when the dreampi software is started so it could be different between runs. You might want to check Quake 3 again to get the currently assigned IP address and then switch to AFO. Disconnecting your router and directly connecting your Pi to your broadband modem would be a last resort but it might be worth trying.
I am not very familiar with the DreamPi distro; I use an Ubuntu based PC-DC server. Is SSH enabled for DreamPi when the Raspberry Pi is running? Is there a way you could view the /var/log/syslog file for the Pi or the generated ppp files located in the /etc/ppp directory?

Like other games like Toy Racer, some routers are unstable in their configurations (my old one included, my new Asus works like a treat) and some people will have to bypass their router and plug their Pi directly into the modem unfortunately. That should solve most peoples problems who use the DreamPI and still have prolbems. For those who do not - the PatcherDisc is being made by BlueCrab so whenever he has the time, it will be released for everyone with a Netopia setup or real dial-up.
