Oh my! Now I'm really interseted to try this game out. I hope in future other online titles could be updated and have stuff added to them like a talk/chat feature when your playing the game. I think if these old games had new online features that will get peoples attention and maybe buy themself a Dreamcast and DreamPi:mrgreen:

I just hope that added functionality is something that exists on the GD-ROM and can be re-enabled with a patcher. I like using the legit disc whenever possible. But if not its nbd

I believe it was already a given that there will be a boot disc to get the game back up and running.

I know the server address patch will need to use a boot disc, I was saying if these added functions being talked about could be enabled with the same boot disc, if it's something present in the disc/game/engine but locked out or not used by anything by default that would be really cool

Indeed it would. Unfortunately, they are not. Thats why its a different build/compiled version of the game..

I see, I should refrain from public speculation of that sort. I'm not sure if you've stated that before

It figures. I tossed out the serial cable and BBA just because I can't find any proof on where it came from, nor is it in the final build of the game. All I was stating that there is enough evidence that there will most likely be a boot disk for the game. If we have to burn a modified copy then so be it. I wasn't expecting anything else.
