Mrneo240 aka NeoDC here wanting to clear up some confusion.
The links posted on isozone for this game are newly created by me. Both are the exact same files but are just presented differently: BOTH HAVE THE SAME FILES BOTH HAVE THE SAME MUSIC BOTH ARE SELFBOOT, CDI BOTH ARE VGA PATCHED, REGION FREE BOTH ARE 80min
the only difference is in how you download and then burn them. Full_CDDA is a simple .cdi file that you can burn to an 80min cd
MP3_CDDA is the same file but the music has been ripped out but there is an injector to reinject music to GET THE SAME FILE. Just extract both files and then run inject.exe, and after its done burn as normal.
filesize difference is 520mb vs 290mb. some people have bad internet and i didnt want to make people wait while the hype was huge for this game.
No actual Patch was done, just made region free ( i copy pasted from a different game, sorry for confusion) (I just added "J and U", Japan and US to the allowed areas section) here is info from the GD-R
HardwareID: SEGA SEGAKATANA MakerID: SEGA ENTERPRISES CRC: E3DF DeviceInformation: GD-ROM1/1 AreaSymbols: E ProductID: T-45006D50 ProductVersion: V1.002 MainBinary: 1ST_READ.BIN CompagnyName: T-45006D50 SoftwareName: MONACO GRAND PRIX RACING SIMULATION 2 ON-LINE Table of Content: 19 tracks found
Maybe not a problem but I'm going to try the pre-injected one soon !
I downloaded then exracted a fresh copy of the same file. used the injector and got 17 errors, i clicked through each one and finally got the "all done" then burned to cd with imgburn. disc boots in console and has correct CDDA. youtube video incoming showing.
i also have previously verified that the full CDDA release works as well, by burning and popping in my dc.
I burned a few extra copies of Monaco Online, tested them and they all work well, if you have a Dreampi and are interested in playing the game online I could get them sent out in the mail as early as tomorrow for free. Hope it's ok to do something like this, just thought there might be some people that aren't able to burn discs on their own. Send private message with your address if you need one!

Thanks. I do it for community. What's the point of having a sweet new server(thanks shou) if only a handful can play because the game is hard to find. (Probably the wrong place but, if you need a game, make a request)
Shuouma, do you plan on releasing the server, or making it (and others) open source? Just asking for the sake of preservation. Thank you for everything.
