PBA Bowling dialup

i have a dialup connection i use to play online, will i need to edit my DNS settings to the provided address each time i want to play online? Thank you!
Primary DNS: 46.101.91.123
Secondary DNS: 8.8.8.8
However be warned that some Dial Up internet companies tend to override whatever DNS Settings you provide so you still maybe unable to connect. However please let us know if you are able to!
