Insert that VMU into port A1 and load your character, then quit the game. PSO should automatically create another Guild Card file for you. It's handy to delete your GC file on purpose, though, if you want to share cards between characters. If you insert the VMU with your master GC file into port A1 and delete the GC files on all your other VMUs, you can share that card list among all your characters. If you have a separate GC file on each VMU, then every time somebody sends you a card, you have to ask for that card on each of your characters, which is annoying.
