I have bought a Hanzo vga box to improve on my VGA cabke with scanlines and i'm waiting for delivery.

Most recently was Fast Striker 1.5
Haven't given it too much of a go yet, though.

^Never mind, I picked up a Hanzo myself. Best VGA picture of any adapter I've used, plus the scanliner feature is just awesome. Makes sprite-based games like old fighters and shmups look great on my LCD monitor and HDTV. :D

I bought mine form a seller on eBay, he had bought 2 so was selling his extra one. I won the auction and paid a little premium, but didn't mind as I've heard that ordering directly from the maker can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks for delivery, provided that he has them in stock.

Hey. You have to register to the board named assembler games to be able to get in touch with the maker of the hanzo. Indeed i had to wait several weeks to get it. The item is great. I see no difference with my precious vga cable but the scanline feature is awesome.

ordered hanzo vga 2wks ago; nothing yet, but luckily he's reputable..
