The bin loader that I was referring to earlier in the thread, I thought was from the sdk.
It turns out its actually the bin loader from dream inducer.
It can run some retail games, but it is mainly used for homebrew.

Can take old boot on cdr dreamshell release and boot gdi files on cdr as well lol
