can your cheats bin file that in openmenu take encrypted codebreaker codes or no? asking because all of the code veronica cheat codes i find are the encrypted codes

Hello, Can these files be loaded onto VMUs using the Brooks Wingman SD adapter? It has a memory card feature and a way to connect to a PC. Thanks!

There are a load of non working codes in this as they are encrypted Action Replay codes not Codebreaker, anything that has Master Codes Must be First and Last will not work!
