Searched a bunch of different terms to see if this was posted or not. Didn't find anything, thought you lot might dig this.
It's a 1996 Training video for Sega QA.
Some Saturn footage in there ^_^

Re: SEGA QA Training Video
I've seen that before. I almost feel bad for them having to slog through the awkward Saturn/Genesis/Sega CD/32x/game gear transition period How many systems are you going to support? It's also a little odd in that it makes it sound like Sega North America did all the QA for Sega. You're telling me nothing was bug tested in Japan before it was localized?

Re: SEGA QA Training Video
QA is no doubt a lot of work for just a single project, but yeah such a vast project list is something.
I guess the reason it comes off that way is because it's a training video for the American testers. So they wouldn't really want to give a new hire a lot of information on a branch or country that is not their own.
So I would imagine it was tested in Japan first obviously for the Japanese release, or games produced by or in part by US Sega.
I defiantly see what you mean though. I'm obviously unsure how they went about this, so now I am curious about that.
